Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This cancellation period begins:

  • On the day you or a third party (not the carrier) take possession of the goods, for single-item orders.
  • On the day you or a third party (not the carrier) take possession of the last item, for orders delivered in multiple shipments.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@favelins.com with a clear statement of your decision (e.g., an email). The cancellation request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods or hygiene products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be unused, in original condition, and show no signs of wear.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and sealed.
  3. You must contact our support team at info@favelins.com for further instructions before sending the return.
  4. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties. If customs duties cannot be paid directly by the customer, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping & Returns

  • The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
  • If the return involves customs duties, these must be covered by the customer.
  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China, Ningbo. The exact return address will be provided upon contacting support.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard method). The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request or evidence of the return.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. After this period, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the goods.

Diminished Value

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., excessive wear, damage).
