Processing Time

Due to high demand, delivery times may be delayed by a few days. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option you selected at checkout.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands and Belgium. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will likely be shipped on Wednesday or Thursday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after receiving the shipping confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery Time

Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Please note that these are estimated delivery times; your order may arrive earlier or later than expected due to possible courier delays. If you have not received your order after the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can check on the status.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free premium shipping for all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to your package.

I Have Provided an Incorrect Address or I Want to Cancel My Order. What Now?

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours by sending an email to info@favelins.com. We will assist you with your request immediately.

Where Is My Package?

Once your order is packed, it will be handed over to the carrier, and you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using this number. In some cases, shipments may be sent in multiple parts for logistical reasons.

Is My Tracking Number Not Working?

It may take up to 5 business days for the parcel location to be updated. We appreciate your patience.

My Package Was Not Delivered Within the Indicated Delivery Time. What Now?

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service within 21 days by sending an email to info@favelins.com. We will inquire with the carrier about the status of your package. Please note that after 21 days, we may not be able to track the package.

My Product Is Damaged. What Now?

We offer replacements for damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to info@favelins.com for assistance. Please note that replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
